SHIPPING

Order processing is between 2-4 business days. Shipping is between 5-7 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PRE- ORDERS
Please keep in mind pre-order take longer to fill. Can take up to 2 weeks. When inventory is available, you will be notified of shipment.

RETURNS

Unfortunately due to Public Health reasons and the nature of our products, all sales are final and merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly double-check the sizes and colors before purchase. However, if you have any quality issues with our products or if there is an error on our part with the product, kindly email us at thestyleconcession@gmail.com Our team will be more than happy to assist.


RECEIVED RETURNS
On Exceptional basis, upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it and determine if it is eligible for a refund. Once a decision is made, will notify you via email (approval or denial). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

REFUNDS
On Exceptional basis, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thestyleconcesion@gmail.com

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
